Man has not seen such unfriendly, rude, not very understanding, unprofessional in customer service. Absolutely shameful behavior when you say that you do not want any comments. It is not fitting to be so full of feathers, dear Lady. When a bow to the petitioner is a problem for you, it is worth thinking about changing your job. Here it will never be better if such people will be a wolf to another.

Nice service, however, opening hours are some failure. One day open to 15, and another one from 12. Place so little that it's hard to enter with a pram, and I'm not talking about a wheelchair anymore. In addition, the room is very stuffy.
