The post office is generally a relic. But the one in Wojkowice is ok. Compared to other institutions, it looks amazing.

This facility is a misunderstanding. The postman has never brought a registered letter before, he always leaves a delivery note. Even when one of the household members enters the gate on which the mailbox hangs, the letter-do-carry, shamelessly puts in an advice note with the information that the postman did not find the recipient. A mockery, the ladies in the window always say that they don't know why this is so. But nothing changes. On the other hand, couriers always call you and you can always get along with them.

A disaster! I got a text that I had to collect the package at the UP in Wojkowice. I found the address, phone number and I am calling, calling and nothing. I was surprised that I had to collect the package so far away from me (2h) in person but it was impossible to call so I went and what turned out? That the package is not for me, because the one who ordered it gave the wrong phone number and sms reached me and not to him. Ok, mistakes happen but IF THESE CLEARLY YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PHONE, I WOULD NOT HAVE TO BATTLE 2 HOURS FOR FREE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I heard a lot about this e-mail, I had to do it as well. I have never had the slightest problem with anything. The service ladies always received me with a smile and patience, explaining exactly what I need to complete and what options I have to choose if I want to send a letter. The building is always clean. If there is one open window and there is a queue, after a few minutes another lady comes running and opens the second window. I will not mention that the service even cares about the order of reception - the queue is one and order is always maintained. The building is always clean and fresh. Pens and forms for customers free. I have never had any special problems with deliveries. One time I was actually not at home and the advice note was left, which I picked up on Saturday in 3 minutes.
