Very poor customer service. Very rude for no reason.
Unfortunately, the spirit of the People's Republic of Poland still haunts the company that is PP. In the collections of 3 customers, two ladies behind the glass, but only one serves. If the service was fast, I would have nothing to say, but to wait for the parcel pick up 20 minutes,
This is a gross exaggeration.
The ladies in the window are professional and very nice.
I give five stars. What I wanted was done and I do not understand such low marks.
At the beginning I want to comment on a bunch of losers, idiots and a thief.
Losers because on the website on Thursday the post office is open until 19.00, in fact it is open until 18.00.
Debile because there is no person who would verify the online opening time with real.
Thieves because you pay for the EXPRESS shipment that was sent on Tuesday morning to Thursday evening 18.20 shipment still has no information.
This point is hopeless and should be closed quickly.
And the service should be dismissal immediately.
