I was disappointed very much .... I had a trip to Tunisia on 18.06.20r. Due to the pandemic I gave up the trip ... for obvious reasons ... I incurred large costs .... the office took 10% of the trip's value and I was refunded the rest of the amount make you wait half a year ... Many of my friends also gave up on holiday, no one incurred any consequences and the money is returned immediately .... The La Mark office is an exception in punishing its passengers ... because other offices do not punish. ...
