Unfortunately, I encountered a very unpleasant situation in this store. There is no need to count on complaints and willingness to help from employees. I was simply disposed of, the Lady did not even want to see the guarantee and the jewelry was bought from this jeweler. She works in a similar industry herself and I cannot imagine treating a client who needs help in this way.
I think that everyone will find something for themselves and the service is very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend shopping in Cleopatra. A wonderful seller who can advise you. A very large selection of jewelry. Very attractive prices. Thank you for the nice shopping in Cleopatra.
We were with my husband last week because we needed a gift for a round birthday. We were surprised by friendly and professional service and a wide selection of products. We are very pleased. A gift hit the spot - delighted birthday girl !!!! Thank you and we will definitely be back again !!!!!
I do not recommend service, there is one lady who is very nice and the other who has a problem that a man wants to see something. She quotes her words "think about what you want, because I will not go back and forth" and I think I have the right to see how jewelry looks up close, yet "this is not a bakery everything costs" we asked me for advice in choosing earrings up to 60-70 PLN ... I do not recommend !!
