Reserved 2 rooms for saint Sylvester in hotel Cieszynski but the booking wasn’t honored, instead we were transferred to a second hotel nearby: wyzsza brama. It is a complete disgrace: this hotel supposedly 4stars is a ruin: heating system broken and replaced by small unsafe electric heaters, walls dirty as if a fire broke into the room. The bathroom is not even finished: the wall is missing some tails, the shower is missing a door, and shower handled is holding that is to tape. We booked in advanced and had to pay extra for baby bed that was not even available. The reception. Was close on both locations all day. After a long fight on phone with the “manager” someone finally brought a baby bed: that person was more honest and helpful that the owner. The hotel also features some electrical sockets sticking out of the walls, fire extinguishers unchecked for over two years... I’m surprised that the fire department doesn’t close the place for safety reasons. Besides a reception (closed) the hotel is also supposed to have a cafe (closed) and a conference room (locked so maybe...). We left as soon as we could.

Although we have confirmed our stay over phone (twice) no one in the hotel knew we were coming. Although I have stressed out we have small kids with us, no one told us that breakfast is available only in their second building 400 m far away, We had to carry them every morning through the city in heavy traffic. You have to pay for your stay in advance (no one told us in advance). Too bad if you come during weekend and all banks are closed. Price does not include breakfast (no one told us in advance). You want juice on breakfast? You pay extra! No free parking (no one told us in advance). They have 4 stars in their logo. What a sad joke! The positive things: Staff is friendly and there was no cigarette smoke.

A little problem with changed booking, room was ok but nothing spectatular. Shared bathroom :-( Brkfst fine. Prices low. Wifi out of order:-(

Massacre. Dirty and dingy and also cold ... very unpleasant as a trash Guests are treated. It is fraud and theft. The young woman at the reception desk (blonde) lies in her lively eyes that there is a heat failure and they just save on heating.
