They try very hard to help but how it goes in the bank does not always go. The number of stars decreases by calling and persuading people to try again. In my humble opinion, if the customer wants to go back to submit the application again, he will probably do it without calling.

Unfortunately, nothing can still be done in the ward. You have to do everything in Rybnik. It is a pity, apparently, the bank has sufficient funds to support such branches.

I do not recommend this institution, they send everything to the branch in Rybnik and then I find out in the branch that it was possible to do it in Żory. Zero competences!
