Unfortunately, total disappointment, the lady says something completely different on the phone, the Bank does not care about its duties. It does not respond to e-mails sent at all. This is not how a professional approach to the customer should look.

I am a tenant of one of the apartments that is owned by the bank. Unfortunately, the bank does not fulfill its obligations as the owner, representatives of the bank appear at the door on a Sunday afternoon, but when you need to settle a burning matter they do not write back to emails and are unable to give a specific answer by phone.
