I wanted to move the number to the card, I read that this can only be done in the living room but eventually lost time getting to this point. The lady from the lounge said she had no cards and she couldn't help me but I can do it myself over the internet which she confirmed to me twice. In the end, it turned out not to be true. I do not know about the quality of services but terrible service.

I agree to bypass all this hotline and all offers. I even feel like going to court with what you have in your brain they did to my grandparents. For now, we will fight. If they don't let you in through the door, I will come in through the window. It is terrible that for their mistakes they do not have to pay any compensation, but even worse is that they do not want to give back the money that they additionally charged despite being stopped at the right point in this service. It's awful that they don't care about your technical problems, but if they fail, it's not their fault. But it's their fault! And we will prove it!
