Discrimination on the grounds of illness / disability, the facility overinterprets the covid act, does not support sick / disabled people who cannot cover their mouth and nose for health reasons!
Such persons are treated as lepers and they are asking! any handling or sale is denied!
The quotation of the Act § 18 of the Regulation of 15 April 2020 (Journal of Laws 2020.673) from the Gov.pl website says clearly:
"Covering the mouth and nose in public places is obligatory. Only people who have breathing problems or cannot cover their mouth and nose for other health reasons are exempt from this obligation. If such a person appears, for example, in a shop, he should notify the service shop, that he cannot have his mouth and nose covered, so as not to be exposed to the intention of the service or the owner of the retail outlet, and after providing such information, he can do shopping "
Also:
"135 of the Code of Petty Offenses (CC) who, when dealing with the sale of goods in a retail or catering company, hides the goods intended for sale from the buyer or intentionally, without just cause, refuses to sell such goods, is punishable by a fine."
Overall, a disaster, among other things because it is impossible to reach the facility at all
