Overall, the average institution is too small, and even sharing space with another shop. Poczta Polska could try to get a better and slightly larger premises, the location of the Poczta was changed many times in this housing estate, and still not enough space. Customer service approx.
The lady from the post office not competent in the very not very nice, thanks to her paid twice for the 21zl x2, I lodged a complaint and a complaint to this lady, the Polish post refunded me the cost for a double payment for the shipment. Fortunately, justice has won. I hope that in the end this lady will be released and she will be replaced by a person who will give this position.
