As a disabled person, I do not leave the apartment unattended and an assistive wheelchair. It is easier for the postman to leave a delivery note in the mailbox than to come to the recipient's door. "addressee absent" - is a lie and disregard for official duties. The situation repeats itself too often for me to remain silent. Such postmen spoil the opinion of the Polish Post. The foreign sender incurs additional costs for delivering the letter to the recipient. It should not be like that. I am dissatisfied with this post.
