We wanted to buy a vacation through the TUI agency in Gemini park. There was no long line, there was a woman and a man in front of us, they chose a voucher, but there were three of us, me, my husband and an 11 month old baby. We said we wanted a vacation, the lady employee said that only one person can go and that's it, but then the question was why there were already two clients in the middle together, woman and man? Why one of us should go alone seemed very strange to us. Late in the day, the employee next to us offered to print out the vouchers and supposedly we would look at them that way, but it wasn't interesting for us as we came to talk to find out how it is now abroad during the pandemic the more we are with the child. When they got home, I ordered a vacation through the TUI application, and it was great. We were in Bulgaria and everything was fine, you liked it very much, everything was great. At the end I would like to say that TUI does not need employees, because there is enough application and that's it. There, everything is exactly described as when what time, Even the bus schedule to the airport. Regards

The best travel agency ever !! :) The best service under the sun! Kasia found us a beautiful dream vacation in Cyprus! It was a wonderful time! Beautiful hotel, fabulous area, residents Kamila brilliant! We will remember this vacation for a long time! I recommend the office of I Pania Kasia Tychy :)))

Our opinion is the most positive, and we are a proven source of information, if only because of the fact that we have traveled more than 20 times through the TUI Travel Agency! We are old stalkers, globetrotters, who never return to the same place twice. We even had to apply to TUI to add space for further reservations in MYTUI - it was already missing on our profile :) As soon as the TUI office was established in Gemini in Tychy, it was there that we made reservations using the extensive, valuable advice of the ladies employed in it. We were never disappointed - our every trip, hotel - 100% met our high expectations. Most often we made first minute reservations (at the moment we also have 2 trips uphill - for winter and summer). We pay only advance payments and enjoy the prospect of a great journey, without having to remember to pay the rest of the amount for the event (this is reminded by the girls in the office). Importantly, the value for money has always been adequate - we have never come back with disgust, dissatisfaction or a sense of "thrown away money". We recommend all picky travelers only following the following tip: choose seats with a note above 4.5 on TripAdvisor - then there will be no reason to complain;)

Generally, I do not express opinions on the internet but I can not pass indifferently even if not thanking for the great selection of offers that the office has found for my mother. The birthday present was a perfect surprise :) In addition, thanks to the invention and efforts of Mrs. Tui's office manager - Mrs. Ani, a small surprise was waiting for Mame on her birthday. Mom came back delighted ... Both from the place and the hotel which the office staff recommended. Once again, I would like to thank you and your name for a professional approach to the client. See you in the next holiday season :) Ps: I totally do not understand these negative comments below from something there are finally complaints ... Meanwhile, people are pouring waves of hatred to relieve themselves without thinking about responsibility for words. Such stupid fashion ...
