I travel often and now quite often with this travel agency. I am pleased because they not only have a large offer, but also great organize holidays. A great idea to fly with them to every corner of the world. I will definitely fly with them again.

Going on vacation "CRYSTAL GOLDEN AGE" was one big misunderstanding. Lack of competence of the lady who offered us a family trip with an emphasis on attractions for children. The hotel was on a hill, after traveling by plane and a bus to the destination, ended up "climbing" with two small children and luggage. On the spot, it turned out that the room (4 beds) had one bed (3 people) and one, one bed. After the intervention, we were given a "mattress" ...... During the meeting with Ms. Kasia (Coral Travel Representative) presenting her our suggestions and the current situation, she very cleverly left the meeting place assuring us earlier that she would try to clarify all the confusion, leaving us with "our" problems. We chose the "leisure" offer and not a trip to an agritourism experience, unfortunately the "mini zoo", goat hens and other animals effectively made themselves felt at 5 am, without forgetting the terrible stench. Inoperative air conditioning, a mushroom on the wall were the indicator of a 4-star hotel. The offer stated that the beach is 400m. In fact, it was over 1 km. It is true that there was a bus that ran every 1 hour. Upon arriving at the beach (sand and shingle), it turned out to be rocky. WI-FI - - - - - - - - - - - - Still a failure, no connection and as already ...... It was the name "internet" unreachable. Animations for children: 4 songs with an emphasis on Turkish, one in German All this took 20 minutes. After the whole animation Turkish vibes again. Everything has happened since ....... 21.30 !!!!! The gym : No equipment, defective range, mostly faulty equipment. In a word, drama. A big plus is meals, tasty on time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CORAL Travel - at the time of signing the contract which is wonderfully beautiful. Before leaving, it turns out that we do not have parking cards. In my opinion, all questions were answered with great grace.

I travel often and recently with this travel agency. I am impressed that the service has prepared such a favorable offer for me in luxurious conditions. I do not like to plan my holidays alone, so I will definitely travel with you again. As a bomb for me.
