And finally the final reception. The prices are affordable, the replaced parts are packed in the box and everything is explained. Now you think that cleaning is waiting for you. No, shock, everything clean, no traces, and you get a service booklet with a description of repairs. You can check it yourself. I am satisfied and my Mini Cooper even more. Full five stars absolutely deserved.

Personally, I do not recommend it. I met with a complete lack of professionalism. The first impression was very good, but it ended with the fact that after "repair" I had to scrap my car. It was supposed to be a minor repair, but apparently it was too much for your mechanic. After returning the car as part of the complaint (driving 50 km, until the valves in the engine shot), I was deceived for 2 months that the repair was in progress, and then on the spot (I was supposed to come for the car), I learned that it was a "fatal coincidence" the engine is pulled out and I have a problem. I consulted this with my fellow mechanics and they all agreed that it was not true. I did not decide on any legal disputes, but I wanted to warn potential customers that it is better to choose a different garage. Edit: 1. If you do not see the lack of connection of your works with the defect, please read a little about valve failures, loss of synchronization due to incorrect timing installation. You missed the green one in the subject. People from the industry share these opinions. 2. Immediately after leaving, a check engine was displayed, so there was something wrong from the beginning, unfortunately after 50 km the valve shot. 3. I spoke to an expert dear Sir, but in this case the costs would be high in relation to the value of the car. However, the car was operational and not 300,000 km, but 268,000 km. Like a small detail, but such details make a difference, sir, also in the automotive industry. Not everyone has a 2-year-old car with a mileage of 10,000 km. 4. It is not true that I came to replace the belt - I came to tighten the engine, oil dripped from the timing area. 5. The case was closed maybe for you, not for me - I was left with a crashed car that was left in your parking lot. You wrote me that the car is ready for pickup - when I got there, I was interviewed "with bodyguards". Laughable.

I highly recommend a failure quickly diagnosed and removed. Thanks to Mr. Jacek, I saved 2,000, because the previous mechanic wanted to replace parts for 2,500 :)

I go to Mr. Jacek regularly with minor and major repairs. Always nice and friendly service, always everything is clearly explained. In addition, Mr. Jacek always checks the general condition of the car and verifies any other irregularities, which for me as a woman is a very important fact. He's the best mechanic for me. And I have a lot of unpleasant experiences with the mechanics ...

I highly recommend this website! Professionally and cheaply! Mr. Jacek solved a problem that the previous mechanic could not cope with, repeatedly and unsuccessfully trying to repair the car, doing certain things twice ... a lot of money spent and no result. A visit to Mr. Jacek was enough and the car drives like new and really at a low cost. 👌
