The Kran company carried out the entire plumbing and recuperation installation for us. We sent an inquiry to several companies, but this offer prepared by Mr. Andrzej was the most detailed one. It was known exactly for what and how much you paid. To say more, we like to know what we buy and we flooded Mr. Andrzej with a lot of questions like why this model and not the X model because we heard / read that ........ etc. For each of our messages of this type, Mr. Andrzej provided an exhaustive answers, which only made us realize that this company knows what it sells and what it installs. Full professionalism! There is no fault with the timeliness as well, saying that one of the stages could be accelerated more because we really wanted and Mr. Andrzej informed about such a possibility on an ongoing basis. We only have to start the recuperator, but we do not expect any problems :). I can honestly recommend the team from the Kran company!
What a little company !!! Already during the first conversation you could feel the professionalism and high quality of service. Starting with Mr. Andrzej, who, thanks to his vast knowledge, introduced me to the topic of heating technology in a very accessible way. Mr. Andrzej approached the subject very matter-of-factly, asking about all the important things, so that the assembly itself was only a formality - he helped me choose the right stove with radiators for my needs. Mr. Robert and the team installed the stove and heaters very efficiently, each of the team knew what to do by sharing tasks and when finishing the work they left order - there were no unnecessary works, questions, etc. Prices are very, very competitive and most importantly they do not add to works, no "hidden" costs. I recommend this company to all professionals with full understanding and customer orientation.
I definitely recommend the Kran company. Full professionalism from the very beginning. Full respect for the knowledge of Mr. Andrzej, who chose the boiler for me and prepared the offer. The assembly itself (or basically the replacement of the old one with the chimney) was perfect. The brigade, led by Mr. Robert, is a precisely selected group of people, each of whom knows what to do. The investment is completed and it's time to sum up.
The boiler recommended by Mr. Maciej works great. Price .... for the same in my city I would have to pay a lot more. Actually, when comparing prices, I have the driver "free". The chimney insert was carefully selected so that 0.45 m of pipe is left. I did the assembly of the boiler and chimney myself (because I know how and I like it). However, the boiler was commissioned by a service technician from the Kran company: Mr. Jacek. everything went smoothly and with no problem.

I heartily recommend the service and the entire shop. A large assortment and a wide selection of boilers. I bought a boiler from Mr. Paweł W. Customer service on his part was perfect, he immediately answered my e-mail. Advised on the technical tee. The entire order for the Buderus Logamax gas boiler was completed within three days. Every day I was additionally informed by phone by Mr. Paweł about the progress of the order. I drove 130 km to collect the boiler and everything was as it should. I recommend Krzysztof
