I had the third brake light repaired (Alfa 159, sportwagon, before the lift, LED light). Importantly, several other workshops refused to repair this element. Cause? Mainly because the element is unavailable (or very difficult to obtain) on the market, both as an original part and a replacement. Additionally, the repair of this light requires disassembly of a significant part of the elements. In the "El Kris" service my light was repaired using replacement components (not the entire lamp). The effect I am very happy with is, of course, the working light :) The only drawback is the repair time (a frequent complaint, from what I have seen from other opinions). BUT taking into account that I was accepted immediately and how many cars are in front of this service - this is a negligible or "survivable" drawback. In addition, contact with the customer deserves an advantage - almost always, as I called, the owner received and provided specific information about the repair status.

As for the visit to this workshop, it was the first and the last one. What is happening here is hands are dropping. When calling to find out the current state of the car .... Silence. Dozens of deaf calls. I can't get through. El Kris has two phone numbers and he hasn't answered any of them for a week. The car stayed with him for over 2 weeks and the fault which was "done" appeared again in 2 days. Zero professionalism, no contact. Burl and dimmer. Constant sales that the car will be ready tomorrow. And really, holding the car makes no sense for 2 weeks, because the fault is not made.

Zero professionalism. Lack of contact. Making a call is almost a miracle. Delays, delay in returning the car. I do not recommend it very much!

I had a problem with the weight in the car, despite the late hour, you took the car, the next day it was picked up, great! Nice to keep you informed! I recommend !!

A very specific approach! The Lord is a specific specialist and knows his job. Easily diagnosed and fixed the fault in my classic. I definitely recommend it because it is more and more difficult to find such specialists 👍 I am not afraid to entrust this gentleman with a second car 👍
