I do not recommend the gentlemen, I made an appointment to buy parts for the next day, I resigned from buying from another person The Lord praised the bumper that he would sell me mimio that it had no grilles and was not complete, I agreed and after a few hours I found out that it was sold, NO PROFESSIONALISM TOTALLY In my opinion, if someone makes an appointment for a given amount and day and someone is determined, it does not sell "yes o" to someone else, a telephone question would be enough to ask if you are determined, I would pay even the PLN 50 more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE
I advise against shopping in this company. I bought parts for the engine, they came very worn out, although the seller assured that it was fully functional. I sent back the complaint but unfortunately it was rejected because the seller claims that I am sending back other parts than the ones he sent me. The parts that I sent back to the complaint, unfortunately, did not come back to me.
Very friendly service, you can see that the customer comes first, there is no problem with anything, the man who served me helped me with everything.
The service is terrible, they arrange the sale of parts with the customer and suddenly change their mind. The customer treatment is terrible. Even 1 star is too much for this "company".
Normal people, the customer is served as normal as in a store, not like other bikes where you feel like an intruder.
I found what I was looking for, I think there is a good choice for little money, I haven't been for years but nothing has changed in one word, "Kultka," personally
