I do not recommend it at all. I wanted to replace the bezel and watch strap, so I waited in line. After introducing the lady from the handling of my problem, the lady said that she did not know if it was possible, but that I should wait for the gentleman who was currently replacing the battery. So I stood in the middle and waited. Meanwhile, a couple entered the room, operated by one of the ladies. After a while, this lady approached the gentleman I was waiting for, she said something and they immediately changed, the gentleman approached the couple who came to get me and began to deal with their problem. At that time, another lady from the service came to me to ask what he needed, I said that I was waiting for this man, pointing with his hand. In response, I heard that if I am in a hurry, there is another jeweler nearby. I thought to wait a while longer because I noticed that you are already finalizing the transaction. The couple was already heading for the exit and the gentleman walked past me and the lady I spoke to told me that the boy with the battery replacement was the first. At first, I was very nervous, but then I waved my hand and with the excellent advice of the service lady, I went to the watchmaking company on 3 May 3. The Lord replaced everything for me within 30 minutes and I left satisfied. I will never buy anything at Jubiler S & A, the quality of service is terrible!
