Cabinet delivered after almost 5 months, despite the fact that you wrote that the execution time is a little over a month. After telephone contacts, the Lord promises that he will send next week. Then he explained that the trainee had spoiled some of his furniture and had to do everything from the beginning. At the very end the cabinet came with a door color not matching the order. When after three months I wanted to cancel the order, because how long you can wait, the Lord said that the cabinet is made to order, so I can't count on a refund. So I have to leave or pick up the cabinet or not have a refund. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I do not recommend with all my heart. And I warn you against buying. Long waiting time. First of all. However, I agreed because the Lord explained it with illness. The worst, however, is that ... the cabinet came broken down. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to open it at the courier, which I deeply regret, this would be the basis for a complaint. Everyone knows what it looks like in reality. I trusted the seller and did not withdraw from the contract, so I did not send the cabinet back, because the Lord assured me that I would send damaged plates. However, this did not happen. Despite waiting about a month, probably even longer. Total customer disregard. I have not encountered anything similar yet. It cost me a lot of nerves, so I warn you against buying anything from this Lord.
The Lord is totally ignorant and does not respect the client. It promises a short deadline for the implementation of the selected project, after which it does not speak for two months, the client's myths are not "due to his fault". The contract is not written down, everything is on the so-called mouth, fixed by phone, so that there is no trace. The furniture came damaged, there was no bill or assembly instructions inside. I hope that I will be able to legally settle a failed transaction with this gentleman.
