Defeat! Tragedy service not only that you will not ask for help, but also mislead the customer. You ask about a product, one of the young girls from the service says that we will receive the goods at the checkout. You stand in the queue for half the store, wait and when you stand at the checkout, the same "nice" lady says there is no place for this item, where it is clearly displayed on the shelf ... Not knowing what they have in the store, they do nothing to the customer ...

CHAMBER! We did not expect something like this with the girl. A woman about 20 years old, a brunette on November 26, 2020 around 18:20, insolently refused to delete the products several times, although we asked her nicely (we got the answer "no" and then she went to the store) because we waited in queue 25 minutes and no one will cancel us because the lady in front of us returned the dryer .. No wonder that this store has such low marks, since such employees work there! He sells himself and I can not imagine treating the client in such a way, and in a cheeky way. I asked to contact the manager and then I got the answer that he was sitting next to us, even he did not deign to delete us, he preferred to cut out the cards than serve 10 customers who were waiting in the queue.

Generally, it is a lack of time for the client, disregard, you have time, wait, ask them to help you with advice or even find a carton of the goods you have chosen, and if it comes after 15-20 minutes, it should be otherwise. THE CUSTOMER IS OUR LORD ... and there is the opposite. YOU COME WAIT

Tragedy is an understatement, I always buy in the media, but this store and its service are a tragedy, my phone broke on my way from Katowice to Poznań so I went in for a new one, the operation lasted an hour, I think that in China they managed to produce the entire container at that time, Mr. service probably fresh at work no idea about the equipment, my only requirement was that it was Samsung and the sim card must fit, but it clearly exceeded the service, the seller approached my friend and asked for advice, but she obviously had more important matters, and the best in all of this that When I said that I was taking the phone, please show if the card fits, the doll got curious and asked to delete PLN 19.99 mockery for it !!!!!

I think that the one-star rating is definitely too much for the Media Expert branch in Kępno. Service is one big bottom. An attempt to sell a TV set from the display as there are no stores and the main warehouse. And on the official website, of course, it is available with a delivery option. The parameters of the refrigerator type equipment - others are presented by employees and others on the store's website. So summing up in one sentence, you either take what is or we can't help it. Tragedy. I suggest avoiding this place.
