Zero respect for the customer. I called them about the equipment for repair at 9 am the lady who works there picked up the phone and put it down, after a few attempts she answered and stated that they were not repairing the LCD monitors, although they offer it when I told her that I should call her friend again, I call again I hear "Yes, I listen and immediately the other lady screams do not answer" and the interlocutor hung up ".

The lack of backups has gone bad hard when my laptop broke down; the service saved the hardware and all the files from it (which with my inexplicable explanation of where they are is a feat in itself) which took about two days; In the meantime I was informed by phone about what happens to my laptop and what repair options I would like to choose (whether to replace a broken element, or just to rip files, etc.); I recommend!
