I haven't met such an apologies to BUCA as the owner of the shop for a long time. Maybe the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection should pay a visit to this store, since the service does not know the basic concepts of guarantees, complaints and warranty.

Very cordial and friendly service, they always advise you well, there is no pressure that you have to buy goods here and even give additional discounts on the prices of the goods. I am very happy with them, all the products bought from them work perfectly even after several years. GREAT SHOP WORTH RECOMMENDED
