This is my second order for furniture from the LARK collection, but the first one was from Meble.pl, the manufacturer definitely does not pay attention to the accuracy of the order. In the first one, the board that stopped the door from falling inside was too long by a good 0.5 cm, so you had to file the protruding element on your own. I did not advertise because I did not have time for another long wait for the order. In the second order, which has already been placed in Bettso furniture, one of the corners of the shelf is damaged, I do not know if it is the fault of the delivery, but I do not care, because I pay for the order intact. I was supposed to order a few more items from this collection, but I'll definitely skip it.

I warn you against buying in this company, because if you want to advertise wine, it will be on your side ... you will assemble a piece of furniture without instructions that you did not receive, then it will be used against you, no assertiveness towards the customer, only profit counts. A manipulation called the owners' cunning.

I do not recommend the Bettso Meble online store 100%. I ordered furniture on 08/07/2020 and I have not received the order so far (implementation 14-21 working days). The order was extended due to the holiday season. I think everyone should know that July and August are vacation time, so in my opinion they should immediately extend the implementation time. I did not receive any information on this subject until the day after the planned shipment, and only because I called and wrote for any information. Unprofessional service. I was forced to cancel my order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I am very embarrassed about the shop, the information says that it is open on Saturdays until 2:00 PM. When I got to the shop, nobody is there with the door closed. Please update the information in the future ...

The shop was recommended to us by my husband's cousin who used their services. We have only decided to buy dining chairs for the time being, but now we know that when renovating the room for our children, we will also use their offers.
