Scam! Furniture does not look as it shown on the website foto.The material that is made of is very synthetic and catching dust very easy and it's very hard to clean. Inside of the Furniture made of cardboard that makes the all construction very weak and uncomfortable no ergonomics what so ever what makes sleeping on it very bad nap for you. Furniture broke very easy. Customer service is very poor as they speak little English.
I strongly advise against ordering furniture from this company. Not only that, we waited 8 weeks for the couch with virtually no response (instead of 4 weeks as stated on the website), but after less than a week of use, the seat on one side of the corner collapsed, which caused damage and holes in the material for the parts for folding the couch. We are waiting for the repair of the defect for the fourth week! We are disposed of, that someone calls us back from the complaint department and then no one from the company says anything! The "company" refers you to the carpenter who fixes the complaints, and the carpenter to the company ... I adhere to very unprofessional behavior! Unfortunately, we cannot use our couch and we don't know what to do in this situation. :(
I do not recommend! The order was delivered with a delay of one month. The staff is not able to issue an invoice as is possible nowadays. The order was paid by card, and they say that in cash and the dates do not match. If I were in the tax office, I would have visited this company a long time ago. Drama!
I bought an armchair with a footrest online. After unpacking, the armchair turned out to be a different color than it was ordered. I have made a complaint. For over 2 months I have been deceived by promises.
I do not recommend and follow.
We ordered the Oslo corner and we consider the purchase very successful. The delivery took place on time (after approx. 3 weeks), the day before we were notified by phone. Mr. driver from company transport very polite and punctual. Most importantly - the corner is beautiful, comfortable and there were no problems with its folding. It took us longer to unpack the corner (very well protected for transport) than to fold it. I can honestly recommend this model to all who are looking for a comfortable and large corner for the living room.
