At the end of August 2019, after showing my kitchen design, a lady from the BRW Kępno office advised me not to buy kitchen furniture from BRW, explaining it with a high price for average quality. Instead, she suggested replacement boards in similar colors from a friend's carpenter. I stopped the project. In July 2020, the project was renewed. There have been changes in dimensions and colors. A specific valuation was promised within a week or two. After a few emails, text messages from my side regarding the final valuation, the dates were moved to the next week. Finally, in mid-October, I received an e-mail that my project could not be made by a carpenter friend from a lady working under the Black Red White banner. From my point of view, the company located in Kępno only attracts a potential customer by using the Black Red White brand. I lost a lot of time and nerves on phone calls, SMS and commuting to the alleged carpenter. Avoid a wide berth !!!

I do not recommend. Order paid for 11.11 As of December 7, there is still no wardrobe. Three times postponed deliveries and three times the loss of a day's wages while waiting for a pseudo courier. Not worth it. Better to drive the car to the showroom, it will be faster and cheaper.
