Then, on Saturday, at 9 am, the courier calls with the information that he will not leave with the goods and will not deliver them because his car has broken down. The company advertises on the website that it has over 20 vans and are able to ensure timeliness. I do not recommend this company.

Hello. I am very dissatisfied with the services of this company. I feel cheated. On August 11, 20 in the evening, a courier from this company delivered me a wardrobe, which I ordered directly from the manufacturer. I chose the manufacturer to deliver the ordered furniture in the form of: delivery to the address on delivery at the courier. The courier did not want to deliver the ordered furniture to the address indicated, i.e. to the staircase. He said he could only pull the parcel out of the car and leave it on the sidewalk on the street. He also stated that he cannot drive up to the block closer to the cage because there is no such possibility, which is not true. He also did not want to lend me the stroller under the cage because he said it was not there. There is a relatively short distance from the sidewalk on the street to the staircase: between 50 and 100m, but it depends for whom. I have big problems with my spine and therefore transporting such a heavy piece of furniture on my own is a big problem and a great effort for me. He said that he could take the parcel home to me for an additional fee. Unfortunately, he gave the amount from the "space". knowing that they will not always get what they want and what they dream of and dream straight from outer space ... I suspect that the "loss of earnings" for bringing in was the main reason that the courier did not want to bring the ordered furniture to me under the staircase (delivery to the address ), which I believe was his OBVIOUS and gracious DUTY. Additionally, he was late for the agreed hour, which he himself gave about 40 minutes. A beautiful girl sat in the courier's cabin, loud music was playing (I think dis what polo) -this could introduce this courier very much good mood, but I was not laughing ... My back aches to this day from dragging this heavy load under the staircase. I did the job for a courier. It turns out that now I should receive a part of his monthly salary, since I had to do the work that he should GREATLY do himself as part of his professional duties. Good luck.
