disgusting place. people live on the second floor, 20 people in terrible conditions and the same bakery from the bottom ... you can judge the owner, seemingly nothing at home, nothing outside, but in the middle of it stinks terribly

I have known bakeries almost since childhood. Bread on a real sourdough, I recommend :)

For several weeks, round bread, whether with poppy seeds or rolls bought at Chata Polska, has fine light sand (like from the beach) in flour. The bread is already so baked. So either bad flour or careless baking.
