Due to the lack of any contact to the car wash service on site, I wanted to file a complaint here. Today's visit from 5:10 p.m., the last stand no. 5, swallowed two coins for PLN 5 without the possibility of starting the washer. Attempted to pay by card, the terminal does not work. Transfer to stand no. 3 - no terminal.
The quality of service and the possibility of reporting the incident was very poor.
Finally, a car wash that really "washes" !!!

Whatever only started flying after 4 minutes, the rim spray did not fly at all. Brush also without any liquid, dry rub. No service contact whatsoever. I lost over PLN 20 and washed the car for PLN 5 as in other car washes. I do not recommend.
I do not recommend it, we lost a lot of time in the queue to the stands, and we did not even wash the car. Because the terminal for card payments does not work in 4 of 5 stations. Although I am not sure in the 5th position, because I did not check it personally, because we lost a lot of time and nerves there.
General cool place, very distinctive car wash appearance. Many additional options, such as a washing brush, foam sprayer, rim spraying is also available. It is also possible to inflate the wheels and just during my last visit the inflating gun was damaged and instead of inflating I let the air out of the wheel :( and it does not give 5 *
