I don't know who seems to have dismissed a good person (if any dismissal occurred), but we were at the Gallery last weekend and AGAIN we saw the same customer service.
Last month we were looking for a mattress and a bed, "MRS. MANAGER" in this place is a mockery, she was sitting in a laptop with headphones on her ears completely ignored customers, only when we approached the desk it got interested ... She was very unpleasant to stop when we stopped watching her , and we wanted a double hard mattress, she put us on something soft, she couldn't quite tell how many springs there were, when we asked about the catalog, she sold us out. We didn't want to ask about the bed. Failure, we went to the competition where they had very friendly service. (Fest)
I am very pleased with the purchase, the seller expertly and very vividly presented the assortment and helped to choose the mattress, from which he is very pleased so far. Service in the store and the atmosphere prevailing in it at the highest level. Honest and hot polecsm! I will definitely go back there again!
