A very bad experience with Meblomontaż with which Ikea cooperates. They should close the company !!! 3 weeks ago you were for measuring and I made a kitchen design with Ikea. Everything was fine, until the assembly date, which was to take place on 3.8.2020 from 9-21 o'clock. At 9 no one showed up, at 11 o'clock I called the domolina, they said that they could not get through to them. The same situation at 1 pm on the domolino line. Only at 4 p.m. I found out that they had a bug in the system and they would not come at all. After almost an hour of conversation, they said on the domolines that they would come tomorrow on 4.8. at 9 o'clock ... and so it happened, but maybe I would prefer you gentlemen not to come at all. Two very unpleasant men came, they saw what was to be done in a very arrogant way, after 15 minutes they said that they were bothered by the gas pipe and they would not install the kitchen ... I was shocked, I didn't know what was going on. They took the bag and left, I followed them .. where are you going gentlemen? For the protocol to the car. After all, there was measurement, everything was prepared for assembly. But they just don't want to do it, they come, they charge 200 zlotys from Ikea for the driveway and that's the whole assembly !!! Later one of the editors came, filled the protocol in a very arrogant way and left. This is how the assembly company works. Embarrassment, I do not recommend any cooperation !!! Ikea should consider working with such a company !!!!!!!
