Shopping in your stores is a mockery! Mockery from customers, I ordered a carpet a week ago, it was to be sewn on Wednesday. From Thursday, no one answers the phone when I call again to ask if the order is ready to pick up. My phone number has been saved, because your arguments for deceiving me about the pickup date are probably over. My wife called, but only once, because the next time no one after selling the next lies told her the phone. I drove a week after placing the order to the salon. I stand on the doorstep and call. The Lord from behind the counter raised his hand and looked at the phone and rejected the call. I asked my wife to call - identical story - the call was rejected. I expect this lining for free for this "standard" of customer service!
I definitely do not recommend. Ordered panels with assembly. Everything is beautiful until you make a complaint, because the panels make noise during use. After many months of pushing, the complaint was not taken into account and we were recommended to increase the humidity in the house to 70%, (!!! ??) that according to them the panels would stop squeaking! Both the panel manufacturer and Komfort store pushed away
