Comfortable sofas, at first glance, seem well made. Unfortunately, after careful inspection you can find some "bugs". Satisfactory price, not necessarily the level of customer service. Mr. Kempa did not want to bring me furniture home, although I live a few km away, I had to arrange transport and people to bring myself. And screw your legs, because you didn't do that either. I will also mention that the furniture does not look exactly the way I wanted: I ordered a sofa with a smooth backrest, and I got it with stitching lengthwise, widthwise and with these strange "holes". I chose this company because before you made custom furniture for my parents and brother, a few years ago for me too. Now I am unpleasantly surprised. I do not recommend.

We waited 3 weeks for the order to be completed. In the meantime, the company does not answer calls and there is no contact with it. Today they kindly came with the order if you can call it that - furniture flooded with water, dirty, stained, and half of the order did not match. And when unloading, they put and rest the ordered items (pillows, backs) on a dirty surface, bearing in the nose what the customer expects from them. The bed crates are secured with dirty rags during transport to the customer and they tread on them (bed crates) during unloading. In summary, we advise against buying anything from this company.

The purchased sofa is solidly made. Finished very carefully. This is my second successful purchase. Very good contact with the seller. Delivered on the agreed date. Very affordable price. I RECOMMEND
