One star for customer approach. The service is very intrusive (pressing warranty extension plus activation service and everything at a promotional price and hopefully it would be their way. will it break in the third year? "first they praise the reliable equipment, and then the older failure rate as the man decided to buy. Moreover, I was treated like a trickster and a fraud. A little kindness and a human approach to the customer would be useful. I was a regular customer and more in that I will not make purchases in the shop.
Great people. Competent. They can advise. Explain. Explain. Cool. I recommend!
The worst customer service I've had a hard time dealing with. Starting with the fact that telephone contact with the store is impossible, ending with pushing your "warranty" services. Despite 7 or 8 refusals, the advisor decided to add a guarantee without the consent of the client. Please contact the store manager :)
