And I have a very good experience because I bought a screwdriver that works perfectly, sometimes in really demanding conditions. I've already plowed two Stanley bits (I don't use those from the Omna set very often, so I don't know if they're good or not). The batteries last a long time and it is really strong for household needs. I used it to assemble all the furniture in a 65m2 apartment.
On the other hand, the company was also very positive when I returned a battery for complaint, which suddenly stopped working for unknown reasons. I sent on Wednesday, on Friday I had a new battery replaced. Never has any company dealt with any of my complaints so quickly.
I cannot ask for a missing dryer component. Sad .
I confirm quality equipment that leaves much to be desired. But that's not the worst part. Customer service is worse. Lack of reliable repair information. And to the question of what has been repaired, answer laconic, if the service did not ring, it means that the equipment was repaired and they had no questions. Repair poor quality because the equipment is breaking down soon. And the man on the site doesn't talk so nicely as much as he likes, not to say too much. They missed their calling. It's best to buy something and throw it in the bin if it breaks, rather than bothering them with a warranty and exposing you to costs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Goods not as described. They sent something else, the contact broke off, the money was lost. BE CAREFUL FRAUD!
And I have very good experience with the company, in fact the equipment has broken down, but the warranty was considered in a blink of an eye, the equipment replaced, and after almost 2 years! years
