Last Friday I had the opportunity to visit the salon. Very nice, clean and spacious. The previous location, the "Rolnik" shop left much to be desired. Now you can see everything, touch it and even sit down. Ladies very nice. They encourage you to check the convenience of the furniture. I was even amused by the phrase of one of the ladies "we are not in the museum, please feel free to sit down, touch", it helps a lot in choosing, because not all salons allow you to sit on an armchair or a sofa. Ladies will advise you in choosing the material or color. As for me, the change of location was a big plus.
Store employee - very unpleasant. When we greeted us, we heard "please put on a mask" (on the nose) instead of "good morning", the aforementioned employee, noticing us, also had the mask worn incorrectly. During the visit, she did not come to us, she did not ask if she could advise on anything, lack of interest in the client, no eye contact. We didn't hear "Goodbye" either. Too bad - we shopped in another store for over 4,000 💁♀️
