I got a nice hamster, but the poor chinchilla there looks like it has been sitting there motionless for two years because it has a small container, the rats scratch in the cages like crazy
Not very friendly service, they stuff the goods that are lying on the shelves And not what the client needs and wants
Unfortunately, I have to say that the cages are rotten, dirty for these animals and no matter how long they sit in them!
The service when it comes to the owner has no idea about animals and not very nice. The owner is OK, besides, he sold us rabbits claiming that they are females and it turned out after a few weeks that the same males! The rabbits are biting and the kids are crying, (Yes they will be neutered and extra costs for us).
With keeping up and keeping the rabbits, we were also incorrectly informed ...
These are not toys, but living beings, and if someone wants to make money from them, they should have some idea.
I hope that such shops should be visited by animal protection !!!
