Personally, I like the BP station network very much, but unfortunately the service at this particular station is something below all criticism. Disrespectful approach to the customer, no questions about the loyalty card, no communication and, worst of all, the serving ladies did not have masks on! They moved around the station as if the pandemic didn't exist. I am embarrassed by the whole situation.

The lady, despite the later time, was kind, very nice and very helpful. Lovely service which is rare. I've been there several times and the same time every time. The decoration of this station. I will come back even if I had to add kilometers. (Lady with glasses, with tattoos).

While standing in the queue, the lady at the buffet (such a short, stocky brunette) did not have a mask, and she prepared food without gloves. At the remarks of her friend that she put on the mask, she reacted with a curse and ignored it. Total lack of hygiene and culture on the part of this Lady.

Ordered cold casseroles, not unfrozen and not baked. The service is not nice. I do not recommend using the buffet.
