Every year it was our regular visit point. This year I am extremely dissatisfied. First of all: the ice cream is different in size each time. Each of the ladies does it differently. Italian medium and large ice cream are no different than the price! Second: old ice cream wafers! Thirdly: service staff cannot remember orders for e.g. 3 ice creams. They ask several times: the one to be and the other as to. It is very annoying to repeat the same thing 5 times. And a sheet of paper and a pen would be enough to write down. Fourth: the customer will not come back if the service is not nice.

Unfortunately, the Italian ice with topping and peanuts lacked the topping. In the mixed twisted ice, unfortunately, there was no chocolate, but after paying attention, she replied, 'Well, that's how it turned out. Ehhh, do it again, but with the speed of the entire crew, I didn't want to waste any more time.
