Complete lack of professionalism of the management of the company, the deadline was postponed to 3 days (vacation ?!) on the phone number was not answered, another one was not given, several visits to the company's headquarters, the employee was very nice, unfortunately the boss did not reach the call. At the end, we had to remind about the bill ... Dear "bosses" - if you gave the bodies on time, confess and make a discount or at least apologize to the client.
Due to the lies and the lack of timeliness, he caused me additional expenses exceeding the value of the service and he did not want to cover them even in 10% by reducing the price of the service. A funny man without honor who pretends to run a business. A typical trickster who doesn't take responsibility for what he says and does.
I checked many companies in Poland, I don't even feel like writing about it.
When I got to this place, I knew we would work together.
The best quality and price in my opinion. I rate it with 4 stars, because I think that you have to work on the contact, sometimes it is impossible to get through, which hinders the flow of information.
I haven't seen such professionalism for a long time.
