A very professional doctor, in addition to knowledge and skills, she has something else - she hits the diagnosis line and corrects the mistakes of other veterinary teams. Unfortunately. this was the case with my first cat and two Burmese cats. What is rare in doctors in general - has a holistic approach to the patient. Starting with what the pet eats, how it behaves, then goes on to treatment, in the case of two cats, the food itself helped - allergy and eye problems, and in the event of a life-threatening situation, it also coped well. I recommend that my cats have a better doctor than me. :-))
We came on vacation and the dog got some allergy. The doctor helped us a lot. The prescribed medications worked and the purulent inflammation began to disappear overnight. Mega approach to the pooch - a huge plus! Nothing by force, first a treat, make friends then only explore. When there was something to ask - trouble-free telephone contact. I sincerely recommend!
At the beginning I will say that the treatment helped, although the method of calculating the price of the service is highly controversial. Drops worth PLN 17 are sold for PLN 75 - a slight exaggeration, it would be better and fairer to charge more for your specialist knowledge than to hide it in this way. The more that the bill shows only "veterinary services". The bad taste remains, normal contact.
We were on vacation. Our dog had an accident. The quick help of the wonderful Doctor saved his life. Thank you !!!
Specialized knowledge combined with an individual approach to the "patient" guarantees a high quality of services, and thus a long and happy life of furries. Mrs. Marzena pulled my pets out of many hopeless situations.
