I came to Bosh Car Service for tire replacement on the recommendation. New and expensive black and silver rims. I wanted no one to damage them during replacement, which I emphasized when putting the car down. I liked the professional approach of photographing each rim before changing the tires. After the replacement, unfortunately, I saw a torn paint near the bolts, which indicated a completely inattentive turning of the wheels, as well as a scratch on one of the rims - it was most likely placed on the ground with its front side. The website therefore offered a free exchange. That was not what I meant, but I decided that I did not want to go back there anymore and forget about it as soon as possible. Hence the lack of willingness to comment on this exchange earlier. I forgot, but until it came time to change summer wheels to winter ones. It did not occur to me to further analyze the potential damage following the trail of those nerve damage. Under the screw caps, I found my anti-theft bolts fully threaded. My wheels with anti-theft bolts were unscrewed and bolted in Bosh Walczak with a pneumatic wrench. In order to replace the wheels, this time I had to pay a lot for unscrewing these bolts and buying new ones. At Bosh Walczak, I found 100% lack of professionalism and lack of honesty. It was enough to admit the damage, make a mistake, apologize, and not try to hide the damage. I strongly advise against using this website, because the above approach is simply dishonest. I cannot imagine doing any repairs there, when so much damage was done during such a trivial operation as tire replacement, hiding some of it, hoping that the customer would not quickly realize it.

Professional repair, everything is clear and legible. Replacement car for the time of repair. I emphasize that I left a Mercedes A-class vehicle disliked by mechanics for repair, and replacing the tensioner is not an easy matter :)
