Polish animation - well, apparently, during our stay, you were there, but you had to suddenly return to Poland (I find it difficult to understand the lack of a replacement if it is possible in other hotels). Immediately, we were tried to deceive us, convincing us that the hotel in which we are not offered Polish animation, we filed a relevant complaint immediately on the spot - unfortunately, we heard the same again - the hotel does not have an animation led by a Polish animator (as a support we had a description of the offer being sold to us and office directory). We decided not to let go and submit appeals (we ended up with 2). We waited almost 45 days for the responses of the office each time, each time receiving an answer that he did not see any fault in himself and the animator who, however, should be in the hotel for random reasons, left him. The topic ran until the end of November. If someone thought that it might be worth treating a client better, who might come back for another trip, there would be no such opinion. Total disrespect for the customer. Therefore, if you are considering going with children, I strongly disapprove. greetings

They sell places in hotels that are closed together with Holidays.pl. At the last minute, literally hours before departure, they inform that the hotel is closed and propose an alternative. People departing 5 days before us told us on the spot that they were treated the same, that is, they booked the same hotel as us, the airport alley, found out that the hotel will be different. Action planned with premeditation. If I had received the info 5 days before departure, I would still have time to look for something else. We get an e-mail at 21:30, and take the departure at 7:00 or not? There is even no time to drive to an office and buy another last. Take in here tell the kids that we're not flying after all.

I will steer clear. For the first time in a few years we decided to take a vacation from the office, on the way a pandemic, it is difficult, but I am very disappointed the attitude of the office, they canceled trips to 12.07 we have a flight 13.07 Turkey has not opened borders and they require payment, forcing me to take a vouvherra which I do not want and also do not want my advance to be lost ....
