Hopefully, the cash deposit module is damaged in your ATM, you can't deposit money from Friday. On Monday, it's still the same, and due to the hours for seniors, the ladies will not serve the client. What's more, the bank lady went to the door and tapped her window to show clearly that she was not going to let anyone in. I recommend that you knock your head, there will be an official complaint to the bank.

A bank about medieval standards. You cannot withdraw cash based on an electronic ID card. Defeat.
