A frivolous approach to the client. I called there to make sure they had a battery for my car, I gave all the parameters, the lady confirmed that they have one in their condition. I came there to see them from another place so that it turned out on the spot that there is no such battery, because you did not check it, but she said it out of your head. Defeat!
