Very tasty and big burgers for a good price. If you are in Graudenz, you should definitely eat here. Worth it.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed, I ordered something to take away more than once and it was always ok, but today the fries which were supposed to be 200g and I ordered four portions turned out to be much smaller, I weighed and it was 110g, a complaint was made by phone, the lady said she would ask the boss and call back what will they do with it but it didn't happen they blew the client! and they lost a client. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this is not how complaints are resolved.
At the end of the activity on ul. Mickiewicza, the quality worsened, total delay, Payment only in cash, which they did not inform anywhere, and in the rain you have to look for an ATM and in addition, the first calls were not even answered
I definitely do not recommend it! After half an hour of calling someone kindly picked up and took the order for a specific time to be picked up. On the spot it turned out that the burgers are not ready yet because the chef left 🙈 The gentleman standing behind the bar said that in 20 minutes they would be ready. After 20 minutes, I heard that the boss is still gone and that he will be there in 7 minutes and the burgers will be ready in 13 minutes. This place is the worst failure in Grudziądz!
Ahh, it was a first-league burger. One star less for waiting time. After all, a Pole cannot be hungry for too long.
