The annoyance of service when pressing additional insurance ends only with the warning about the interruption of the transaction and leaving the store in the case of another question about additional insurance. The robot is under warranty repair. The subject of the guarantee has been repaired. During the repair, external damage to the equipment occurred, i.e. numerous and deep scratches on the robot's casing worth PLN 5,000. After the "fight" the housing was replaced. The display was damaged when the housing was replaced. I have photo evidence for everything. Unfortunately, the display was refused to replace, and the customer manager claims it is a superficial scratch. Unfortunately, the store refuses to issue an expert opinion on the basis of which it maintains this position. Why? Because probably no one has conducted such an expert opinion. Kenwood's authorized service center decided that this was a deep damage and that the entire display should be replaced, but the store absolutely does not recognize it.

I am very satisfied with the service, I knew exactly what I wanted, both Mrs. Mirosława and Mr. Mikołaj honestly presented me with an offer and I was served very quickly (installments). Thank you ☺️

I definitely do not recommend it, very nice service and nobody knows anything about it. They have a saying that the PS4 game has a 2-year warranty, I bought the game and from the beginning it bugs and won't work. I would like to point out that the console is 100 percent functional. And they say that they can't do anything and it's not their fault, but a complaint like "the board is damaged" but you come with a scratched one, they will tell you that the customer's fault. Not everyone can afford such expenses and they are there to accept the complaint. More than 200 cash went, it is known where ... I do not recommend, total bottom.
