I contacted Mr. Rafał after the ACL reconstruction of the cruciate ligament, after getting acquainted with the problem, interviewing how the injury happened, assessing my condition, we started to work. Effective exercises and work with Mr. Rafał brought the intended effect in the form of regaining the full range of motion of the knee joint. If someone has a similar problem, he should visit the "Optimal Balance" office as soon as possible. I definitely recommend it.

Hello. I came to Mr. Rafał on recommendation, which I am very happy with. I had a big problem with neck pains for about 2-3 years (pain under the jaw, front, side and back of the neck), I had several doctors, 3 ultrasound, 2 x x-ray (one moving picture), magnetic resonance imaging. I only received help from Rafał, after 4 visits, 80% of the pain subsided, for which I am very grateful. A man with extensive knowledge and a professional approach. I sincerely recommend.

Mr. Rafał is a professional, a specialist who knows his job very well. A calm and modest man. I came to him on recommendation. The pain in the lower back that made my work so difficult and daily functioning practically subsided after a few meetings. I sleep soundly, without fidgeting what happened before. I live in Ireland on a daily basis to see Mr. Rafal by recommendation. During 3 weeks of physical therapy, Mr. Rafal put me on my feet, back pain and hip pain subsided. He is a great specialist and a man with great knowledge. Patience and explaining the activities during visits are a big plus I sincerely recommend.

I recommend it with all my heart. After the elbow surgery and insertion of the screw, the hand was unfortunately not bent. Fortunately, I ended up in this rehabilitation office. The commitment and knowledge of your rehabilitator worked wonders. The hand is practically back to normal before the accident. I recommend it with all my heart.
