I had to deal with the Police in Grudziądz twice in my life (my fault) and in both cases I had a normal approach and treatment, so I leave a positive opinion.

Unfortunately, most reports try to push the City Guard. Notification of a speeding 90km / h police car through the Rudnicki Forest when it gave way to running boars, was very unpleasant. 40 km / h is allowed there, and the police car was not a privileged one. Three stars because the duty officer quickly answered the phone despite the fact that I did not call the emergency number.

Mockery and that's it. I called to report that the homeless man sits at the door and smokes cheeks and the son is afraid to enter the apartment. They arrived after over an hour, talked to him about the weather. They thanked him for being polite and left. They told me that the cage is not mine and he does nothing. If they are so kind, they could take him home. No good.
