My journey was delayed by at least 10 hours because the company driving us did not book an appropriate ferry from Dover to Calais. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund from the company (which, I think, is perfectly reasonable given that I had to see a doctor for physical damage to my legs after such a long stagnant period) and they continually redirect me to another suspicious company, Albatros, who also can't help me, despite the fact that there was ZERO mention of Albatros when I booked the incredibly overpriced ticket. If I do not receive help tomorrow I will be forced to go to court as I am very suspicious about how this company functions and their relationship to Albatros.
